Playful hotel with retro style
Step back into the 60s with a stay at the Curtis. The funky design is straight out of swinging London--you can only imagine what a party in one of its suites looks like.
Excellent place for theater, food and a good romp!
Nice update, very swanky, rooms are smallish but good. If I recall there is a good seafood restaurant on the first floor. A HUGE plus for Denver. I would recommend this place highly if you're doing a show. -BIGGESTJOHN, United States of America
I like this hotel, it is in the middle of downtown Denver, close to fine arts, shopping , restaurants, and close to the gayborhood. It also provides excellent service with a smile, great decor, and the Xmas decorations were beyond well done. They were not religious but, early modern kitch. This is a good find and priced well. -draggingabag, Canada
Stayed here a couple years back... Very cool, lots of character! -

Retro Pop Culture Hotel
This is a fun mid century gem right off of Larimer Square and the 16th street mall. Cute hotel with a great restaurant and bar! Very reasonable. -bruce, United States of America
The Curtis is a fun hotel with a different quirky theme for each floor. It's located across the street from the Denver Performing Arts Center, making seeing a show the easiest thing ever. -John, United States of America
The hotel staff was superb. They gave us each a large warm cookie upon check in. They also let us check in over three hours before check in time, which was super convenient. Overall, the hotel was very quirky and fun and central to lots of various areas downtown. And the room and amenities were perfect for what we needed for a one night stay. We will definitely be staying there again if we're ever back in Denver!” -Celina, United States of America
Great location, rooms were spacious, and black out curtains were wonderful. Delicious breakfast options right nearby” Kal, United States of America
Very clean and centrally located. Check in cookies :-) and sci-fi theme on 8th floor.” -Beata, United Kingdom
One of the cleanest hotel rooms we've been in. Recycle can in the rooms. Very comfortable beds. Like the shower in the bathrooms. On the 16th floor-very private and quiet. Also, excellent location if you are at the DCPA for a show.” -Russell, United States of America
